Please collect your pass from the EIFF Delegate Centre from Monday 18 June. Opening hours below.
How to register as a Festival delegate
- Are you a student or professional working in film or media? See either the STUDENT or INDUSTRY pass information below.
- How long will you be at the Festival? We have the options of individual day passes, full festival passes and conference passes.
- You will see below the registration fee for the appropriate deadline for your pass length.
- If you are not able to register in advance, come to the Delegate Centre when you arrive in Edinburgh and register in person at the Registration desks. We will only be able to accept payment by credit or debit card. There is no need to bring a photo, we will take one for you.
- The Industry delegate registration desk will be open from:
- 11:00 - 16:00 on Monday 18 June
- 08:30 - 16:00 on Tuesday 19 June
- 08:30 - 18:00 from Wednesday 20 - Friday 29 June
- 08:30 - 16:00 on Saturday 30 June
- 09.00 - 14.00 on Sunday 01 July
Please note
- The Festival’s public programme will be available on this site from Wednesday 30 May.
- Press and Industry screenings start two days ahead of the public screenings. The Press and Industry screenings schedule will be available at www.edfilmfest.org.uk/industry/industry-screenings. The screening schedule is is subject to change, so please refer daily to the website or the Information board in the Delegate Centre. There will be approximately ten Press and Industry screenings per day between 18 - 29 June, with fewer towards the end of the Festival. Tickets for some public screenings are made available for delegates when there are no Press and Industry screenings.
- Tickets for the Opening and Closing films of the Festival are not covered by the pass system. We have a small number of tickets for delegates available for these events. To apply for these tickets please email delegates@edfilmfest.org.uk with Opening Film or Closing Film in the subject line. You will be informed by email whether your application has been successful the day prior to the event.

For students of film or media in the UK or abroad.
You must bring a valid form of student identification with you when you collect your pass.
