    Maybe worth mentioning that 'Lola' is the Filipino word for 'Grandmother.' The use of the word in the singular relates to theme of the film involving two grandmothers.

    This film, a good take on the philippines justice system and the lack of it as well as showing how under-developed the place is, this film is a little slow but worth seeing for the scenery, although I didn't really like it.
