EIFF 2014 Submissions Deadline Extension

Late deadline extended until 27 Feb.

Calling all filmmakers due to the extremely large volume of submissions still coming in to the festival, we have decided to extend the late deadline for the 68th Edinburgh International Film Festival until 27 Feb. This gives one extra week for you to get your film submitted for consideration at EIFF 2014.

Over the years, the Festival has continued to bring UK audiences ground-breaking and exciting films from around the world. EIFF seeks to represent the most innovative and adventurous developments in world cinema, to bring worthy filmmakers to local and worldwide attention, and to provide a forum for appreciative and informed discussion of their work.

EIFF is especially interested in films by emerging filmmakers whose work manifests stylistic boldness, strength of form, and the ambition to use the medium in a way that resists cliché.

The Late Fee still applies during this time  - £35 for Shorts, £90 for features.

There are two ways to submit your film, through our online partner withoutabox and with the EIFF postal form.

Please read the rules and regulations before submitting your film.
