Nora Tschirner, Rob Knighton, Kellie Shirley, Madeline Duggan, Stirling Gallacher / Fiction / English

A gangster screwball black comedy.

Two melancholy drifters meet by chance at a restaurant: Ray (Rob Knighton), a man with a criminal past and, unfortunately, a criminal present; Melanie (Nora Tschirner), a deep-thinking German girl stuck in an alien country with an unsympathetic boyfriend. Their relationship is funny, doomed, and romantic - courtesy of a young, talented two-person collective of Londoners who call themselves Jones.
