Douglas Mackinnon

Douglas Mackinnon has directed over 50 hours of network television drama, for shows such as Sherlock, Dirk Gently, Silent Witness and Doctor Who. Sherlock, The Abominable Bride, directed by Douglas, won the Emmy for Best Television Movie in 2016, and Line of Duty series 2 (Douglas was lead director) won the 2015 RTS Award for Best Series. He is the director of feature The Flying Scotsman, nominated for five Scottish BAFTAs.

Neil Gaiman is a bestselling author and creator of books, graphic novels, short stories, film and television for all ages, including Neverwhere, Coraline, The Graveyard Book, The Ocean at the End of the Lane, The View from the Cheap Seats and the Sandman series of graphic novels.
