Postcards from the 48%
Part of the Documentaries Strand
Director David Wilkinson’s challenging – and prescient – film has no qualms about its stance and what it is trying to achieve. As a remainer, Wilkinson travels the UK to gather and represent the opinions of the 48% of people who voted to stay in the EU. Interviewees include Miriam Margolyes, Professor A.C. Grayling and Baroness Wheatcroft, all of whom offer eloquent, thoughtful and passionate opinions. The referendum may well be over, but Wilkinson wants the debate to continue.
Following the screening director David Wilkinson will be joined by Lesley Riddoch and Mark Durkan former Deputy First Minister for Northern Ireland for an extended Q&A.
