Should non-disabled actors portray disabled characters? What kind of films should disabled filmmakers be making? These and other questions will be discussed in this panel event programmed by 104 films, the production company behind The Magic Hour short film scheme. Launched earlier this year with the support of the UK Film Council, The Magic Hour is a groundbreaking new scheme working with disabled filmmakers who have something fresh to say and seeks to make their work accessible to a wide audience. Chaired by Justin Edgar with panellists Paul Darke, writer Paul Viragh and actor David Proud, the event will discuss the scheme's aims and intentions.
