Online:
It’s quick and easy to book online for any EIFF screening AND if you're a Web Member you can put your films of choice into a favourites list for easy checkout. Become a Web Member here.

Please note we do not accept AMEX cards as a type of payment. 

Please note: Some events are NOT available to book online. This information will be featured here and also on the individual event page.

In person:
There are three main box offices, open at different periods

• Filmhouse: Friday 09 May - End of Festival
• Cineworld: Festival only, tickets available for all screenings
• Cameo: Festival only, tickets for Cameo screenings only.

Overseas Ticket Booking:
Since our box office launched on 8 May, some of our overseas customers have been experiencing difficulty in booking tickets online. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve this technical issue as quickly as possible.  We hope that online sales for overseas customers will be fully operational as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, customers from overseas who are unable to book tickets online should email their name and contact telephone number (with international dialing code) to customerservices@filmhousecinema.com. A member of EIFF box office staff will then contact you as a matter of priority to process your booking over the telephone.

We would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience. 

Our Transaction Fee Policy
If you book by phone or online a £1.50 booking fee will be charged per transaction, but there are no limits to the number of tickets you can buy in one transaction.

High Demand
There is usually a high demand for tickets in the first week. Our box office system might get a little overloaded at times so your patience in this period is appreciated.
