Corporate Entertaining

There are a number of opportunities for key client or staff at EIFF, including the Gala Dinner and sponsored film screenings.

Entertain your clients in style

The 2010 EIFF Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday 24 June in the beautiful surroundings of Mansfield Traquair. With previous attendees including Sir Sean Connery, Brian Cox, Joely Richardson, and Alan Cumming, the Gala Dinner at the Film Festival is a unique way to entertain your clients in style.

You and your guests will attend a private Gala red carpet cinema screening of a UK film premiere. Previous films include The Stone of Destiny (with Robert Carlyle, Billy Boyd and Charlie Cox in attendance), On a Clear Day (with Peter Mullan and Brenda Blethyn), and Stage Beauty (with director Richard Eyre). After the film you will be transported to Mansfield Traquair where you will enjoy a Champagne reception sponsored by Moët & Chandon followed by a three-course dinner. We are pleased to be working in partnership again with Scotland Food & Drink to bring you the very best Scottish produce and drink.

This year, our patron Tilda Swinton (The Chronicles of Narnia) will be attending the Gala Dinner along with other VIP filmmakers and actors.

To give your clients the red carpet experience, please call Sadie McKinlay on 0131 228 4051.
Tables of ten people cost £1,500 plus VAT
(includes Gala film ticket, transport from cinema to dinner, Champagne reception, three-course dinner with drinks and coffee)

Sponsor a Film Screening

Entertain up to 50 guests at an individual film screening at the 2010 Edinburgh International Film Festival. Benefits include a pre-film reception, branding before the film and acknowledgement of your support across the Festival. There are only a limited number of sponsor screenings still available. To reserve a screening, please call Kate Taylor on 0131 228 4051.
