If you are planning to cover the Edinburgh International Film Festival in June accreditation is now open.
The Press Office During The Festival
The Press Office is based in the Delegate Centre on Bread Street. The Delegate Centre is the professionals' hub at EIFF where you will get everything you need for the perfect Festival experience! The press desk is the place to pick up your press pass and for last minute accreditation.

Key Press Services
- Screenings: Press & Industry screenings are available to journalists on the basis of their accreditation. Booking is not required but you will need to show your pass upon entry so that the Screening Assistant can take note of your accreditation number.
- Press Conferences: A number of film titles will also have press conferences attached to them. Details of these can be found in the private area.
- EIFF Photography Downloads: EIFF’s own version of Image net. All festival images including film stills will be available to download to registered users.
- The Media Room We are providing internet-ready desktop systems courtesy of NEC. The centre has wifi access if you wish to work with your own laptop.
- The Videotheque
If you can’t make it to a press screening, the film you want to see is likely to be available at the videotheque. As numbers are limited, you will need to book a time slot in advance.
- The Delegates' Lounge
This is where all the delegates come to relax, mingle and network. There is a private outdoor area where smoking is permitted.
