All is not right in Sandford. Newly promoted Nicholas Angel arrives in town from London, suspicious of the quaint town’s over-the-top niceness and odd locals. When the leads in the amateur performance of Romeo and Juliet are brutally murdered, Angel is on the case to find out just what is happening…

Afterwards, Church Hill Theatre cinema-goers can collect their bobby’s helmet and investigate the unusual happenings at EIFF’s summer fête. Try your hand at tombola, get sketchy with Primitive Painters, sample sugary treats and hear the latest slam poetry from Loud Poets in partnership with the Scottish Poetry Library.

Screening as part of EIFF: Play, check out our Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Shaun of the Dead events!
