A limited number of tickets have been made available for Q&A: Writing for the BBC. This free event allows aspiring writers the chance to quiz BBC panellists on opportunities with the corporation.
Among those attending will be Kate Rowland, Creative Director for New Writing, and a variety of panellists from BBC Scotland. Those interested should also check out The Writers Room, an online resource established by the BBC to identify and champion new writing.Q&A: Writing for the BBC is free and takes place at 14:00 on 15th August at Filmhouse. Tickets are available offline only; in person from the Filmhouse Box Office and by telephone on 0131 623 8030.
