Fair weather, fantastic movies and a fabulous turnout combined to make the 2006 Film Festival Under the Stars a triumph!

Audiences indulged in a feast of classic cinema over Friday and Saturday at The Mound and supped a wee dram courtesy of event sponsors The Famous Grouse. Old and young came together to enjoy Fred and Ginger swingin’, Audrey Hepburn swoonin’ and EIFF patron Sir Sean Connery shootin’.

There was a fantastic festival atmosphere over both days and EIFF photographers were on hand, capturing some magic moments which can be seen in our Photo Gallery. Thanks to those who came along for making it such a memorable occasion.
