Media Day 1 will feature a screening of The Newsroom - Off the Record. The documentary goes behind the scenes of Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet. Media Day 1 will include workshops delivered by Into Film, including '54321 Filmmaking Session'; a practical and fun workshop where you will learn how to make a short film in under an hour using different camera shots. There will also be a screening of one of the short documentaries made as part of the Scottish Documentary Institute’s ‘Bridging the Gap’ scheme.

Media Day 2 on 23 June:

Media 2 will feature the screening of the visually stunning Desert Dancer. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the film's director Richard Raymond.

Media Day 2 will include seminars conducted by the BBFC who will discuss film classification in the UK. The Leith Agency, the company behind popular advertisement campaigns for products such as Irn-Bru, will also be attending to discuss their work.
