To reliably support the manager of this very busy department you'll need a sound working knowledge of video & audio equipment. You also need good leadership qualities as you are required to schedule the heavy workload of, and delegate to, the team of technical assistants and volunteers. A love of film and of team work will keep you going through the long hours.
