Guest Services is responsible for all aspects of hospitality for the filmmakers of programmed films.

To oversee all aspects of guest hospitality for the festival. From managing the travel and accommodation arrangements to supervising the front line welcome desk for guests. Also scheduling public appearances, organising tickets, drivers, translators and baby sitters if necessary. You need to be very flexible, calm, with a sense of humour, have excellent organisational and admin skills. You must be a very effective and sympathetic manager of people. Film industry or film festival experience at a simillar level is essential if you are to come out of this in one piece. Its vital that you are experienced managing staff, looking after many clients (in the 100's) and handling a large volume of information that is constantly changing.
