Supporting the Head of Administration & Personnel. Primarily recruiting and coordinating over 150 volunteers. Possibly also helping with the administration of various festival projects.
You need to be a people person making good relationships with the many souls who apply to the fesival to work and volunteer. You should have leadership qualities in order to inspire confidence in the volunteers, be very organised and a natural and sympathetic assistant with office experience.
