2 weeks in June, including the festival period plus training. 10 full-time posts.

Part of the Industry team, you are the welcoming face of the Festival at our Delegate Centre, greeting industry visitors, press and filmmakers alike. Previous experience of working with the public and a friendly attitude would be desirable. You need staying power and to be reliable.

On top of being patient, the Display Volunteers must be reliable, focused, flexible and enthusiastic team players. On occasion, this role will also require you to provide additional support to the Display Coordinator by helping to organise displays for busier events throughout the Festival. Display volunteering can involve some lifting and being on duty outdoors.

The Delegate Centre is normally open from 8.30am until late. Daily shifts are not usually longer than 4-hours as these posts can have a low stimulation factor however this does allow you plenty of time to enjoy what the Festival has to offer. Displays may be required at all EIFF venues.

You will also be available to help prepare the Delegate Centre on 11th June after the All Staff Induction and 27th June to help with the clear out.
