The EIFF Videotheque is an online viewing facility which allows passholders the opportunity to view films that they may have missed at scheduled cinema screening times.

2 weeks in June, including the Festival period plus training. 8 full-time posts.

The EIFF Videotheque is an online viewing facility which allows passholders the opportunity to view films that they may have missed at scheduled cinema screening times. Part of the Industry team, you will assist the Videotheque Manager with the running of this purpose built system.

You will keep booking sheets, keep the area tidy and show guests how to use the equipment. You will have great customer service skills and also be able to stay calm in the event of a technical failure, dealing with other people's frustrations very diplomatically. A great position to get to know who people are in the film industry but you must be able to whisper coherently!

Daily shifts are typically 4-5 hours long, and take place between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

You will also be available to help at the Delegate Centre on 13th June after the All Staff Induction and 29th June before the Staff Party.

Please see the EIFF Recruitment Policy in the introduction section for further information on EIFF Volunteers.
