Customer Care Volunteers (6 posts)

Assisting on the busy front line, you will provide a welcoming information service for public and guests during the Festival.

This position is being shortlisted or has been filled, and is therefore not open for applications.

2 weeks including June festival period plus training. 6 full-time posts.

Part of the Marketing team and assisting on the busy front line at the Filmhouse, you will provide a welcoming information service for public and guests during the Festival.

You will need stamina and enthusiasm for a busy customer-focused environment. Your passion for films, knowledge of the Festival Programe and of how to get around Edinburgh, will help ensure our customers get the most out of their Festival experience. Languages will be an advantage.

Shifts are typically up to 5 hours long and take place between the hours of 9.45am and 7pm.

You will also be available to help with EIFF's major events during the Festival such as our Opening Night, Closing Night and other Gala premieres and parties.
