Customer Care Assistants (6 posts)
Position filled for 2013.
2 weeks including June Festival period plus training, 6 full-time posts.
Assisting on the busy front line at the Filmhouse, you will provide a welcoming information service for public and guests during the Festival.
You will need stamina and enthusiasm for a busy customer-focused environment. Your passion for films, knowledge of the Festival Programe and of how to get around Edinburgh, will help ensure our customers get the most out of their Festival experience. Languages will be an advantage.
You will also be available to help with EIFF's major events during the Festival such as our Opening Night, Closing Night and other Gala premieres and parties.
