This is a front line team, welcoming and facilitating all EIFF's filmmaker & press guests, our film industry delegates and our accredited press visitors.

2 weeks including June Festival period plus training, 13 full-time posts.

This is a front line team, welcoming and facilitating all EIFF's filmmaker & press guests, our film industry delegates and our accredited press visitors. This desk is an information service for them all. To work here you need to be a team player with a very good customer service ethic, be computer literate and ideally have a good knowledge of Edinburgh.  Experience of using credit card machines advantageous.

There may also be occasions where you will be temporarily based at the airport to welcome all our visitors and direct them to their transportation.

A passion for films and the people who make them and make them happen is essential. If you've waitered for eight hours and kept a smile on your face you can handle this. Oh and there's lots of photocopying too.

You will also be available to help with EIFF’s major events during the Festival such as our Opening Night, Closing and other Gala premieres and parties.
