3 weeks covering the Festival period in June. 1 full-time post.

A dynamic role within Guest Services - the department responsible for organising guest's travel, accommodation and schedules - you will be vital a link between behind-the-scenes office based staff and the front line welcome desk.  

Your duties will vary from day to day, and hour to hour ...  you're likely to help delivering messages and information, meeting and greeting guests, helping guests to find their way between venues, and generally helping to ensure our guest services run as smoothly as possible.

You'll be confident, able to use your own initiative and great at responding quickly to changing priorities. A great memory for names and faces will be really helpful in this role.
