A ridiculously long job title but it does exactly what it says on the tin. Front line positions. Here the customers are the paying delegates who come from all walks of the film industry and from all over the globe. This desk is an information service for them. To work here you need to have a very good customer service ethic, be computer literate and have experience using computers, tills and visa machines. The more you know/are interested in the film biz the more you will get out of it. Oh and there's lots of photocopying too.
