To reliably support the Technical Manager in this very busy department you'll have a sound working knowledge of video and audio equipment. You will also possess good leadership qualities as you are required to help schedule, train and supervise technical volunteers. Working closely with our Press & Industry teams and our partner venues, you will be competent and calm and experienced at working on live events. A love of film and of team work will keep you going through the long hours.

Across the two full-time posts we will be looking for candidates with strong skills and experience in:
- live event sound, with a good knowledge of current audio technologies, live sound mixing and recording.
- lighting, camera, editing and vision mixing with experience of live events.

A driver over 23 yrs for insurance purposes would be good.
