The Print Traffic Coordinator sees to it that the hundreds of film prints, sourced from all over the world for Festival screenings, do in fact arrive in the right projection booth at the right time, and then move onward in time for their next engagement elsewhere.  This is a big, complex organisational task requiring focused attention to detail and the keeping of a large administrative system. You must be methodical, calm, very good at time management with excellent communication skills. If you've previously dealt in freight traffic, that would be very handy. You must manage one full time assistant and two volunteers.

A driver over 23 yrs for insurance purposes would be good.
