You'll run the department that does all the administration of all Festival films (about 300), from the initial letter of invitation, through to the screening of every film print on any one of 12 screens, to the return of all film prints around the world. You also must have previous experience managing, supporting and supervising a team of assistants, have knowledge of the film industry and film making, have stamina for detail, and be able to work in an event environment which is fast paced. Your department is also responsible for sourcing all rights, technical data, and temporary certification for the films. You will operate a bespoke database and you'll need to be IT literate to become efficient with this.
