 EIFF runs a schools programme during the festival and this is the opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised individual to help prepare, organise and run these events. You'll need an interest in involving schools and community groups in the arts.  You'll need to be a good communicator as you will be phoning and emailing on our behalf.  You'll also need to be a confident computer user.  You must be a very organised person who keeps meticulous records. Being friendly is also very important as during the Festival you will help at the events helping make sure they happen as planned and on schedule.   Previous experiences that are going to be relevant to this placement are working front of house at venues, organising events, working with community groups or schools.
