In this Placement you will be facilitate the Festival submissions process, helping to process applications from filmmakers around the world.

This is a great role for seeing in action, whilst facilitating, the selection process of the Festival’s programmers. You need to be patient and focused, a good communicator, and have great attention to detail as the processing of applications is repetitive in nature. There's lots of data inputting, filing of videos, answering queries from filmmakers by phone and email, and payment processing.

The submissions process finishes a good six weeks shy of the Festival, so you may want to consider helping elsewhere during the Festival itself.
