To source and file key information from external agencies, e.g. film 
stills/synopsis of film from distributors for use in the programme, 
catalogue and website. Also secondary gathering of information from 
internal departments which feed directly into the publications 
process. The ability to manage a lot of data simultaneously and 
experience with database use is essential as is the experience of 
system set up - i.e. managing a filing cabinet! A calm head, good 
phone manner and patience are also tricks of this trade.
