Must have experience of ticketing and/or computerised Box Office, an agile mind, calm temperament, quick responses to ever changing ticketing situations, ability to deal with a multitude of demands in a diplomatic and practical manner. This is not a job selling tickets to the public audience - rather it serves the delegate, press and guest constituencies of the Festival.
