The Display Coordinator ensures EIFF material, the material sent by films in the programme and by our sponsors, are displayed effectively around EIFF sites. 

End of May to start of July. 1 full-time post.

The Display Coordinator ensures visual collateral for EIFF, the films in the EIFF programme and sponsors collateral, are displayed around EIFF venues to support the overall marketing activity of the Festival. The collateral should be displayed effectively (to maximise engagement with audiences), appropriately (in response to the requirements of the Festival, film, venue, sponsor) and creatively (maintaining a high standard of presentation and visual consideration).

The Coordinator also supports the EIFF Marketing Department in the visual presentation of the Festival around the multiple venues. The Coordinator is supported by a dedicated driver, who starts a week before the festival, and a team of up to 8 volunteers during the Festival fortnight.

Candidates must be visually literate, an ideas person and a problem solver with an understanding of following a house style. Excellent organisational, interpersonal and managerial skills are essential in this role.
