Display Coordinator

This role creates, and organises the delivery of, effective displays in all Festival venues and any other Festival sites.

This position is being shortlisted or has been filled, and is therefore not open for applications.

early June - early July. 1 full-time post.

Ensures visual collateral for EIFF, the films in the EIFF programme and sponsors collateral, are displayed around EIFF venues to support the overall marketing activity of the Festival. The collateral should be displayed effectively (to maximise engagement with audiences), appropriately (in response to the requirements of the Festival, film, venue, sponsor) and creatively (maintaining a high standard of presentation and visual consideration).

The Coordinator is supported by a dedicated driver (who starts a week before the festival) and a team of around 8 Display volunteers during the Festival fortnight.

Candidates must be visually literate, an ideas person and a problem solver with an understanding of following a house style. Excellent organisational, interpersonal and managerial skills are essential in this role.
