Registrations Coordinator (1 post)

Coordinating the registration process for over 1000 delegates and press who will visit or accredit for the Festival.

This position is being shortlisted or has been filled, and is therefore not open for applications.

Mid April to early July. 1 full-time post.

The Registrations Coordinator coordinates the registration process for all film industry professionals, press and Industry guests attending EIFF; ensuring the Festival has all relevant information for their passes and for publication in our Industry and Press Guide. Over 1000 passholders typically go through the registration process, so the role involves a great deal of data entry, answering enquiries and payment chasing, with assistance from two Registration Interns. During the Festival the Registrations Coordinator plays an important role on the front line, being responsible for a team of volunteers who will be the first point of contact for most delegates and guests attending the Festival.

Successful candidates will be extremely well organised with great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Ideally you'll have worked in a film festival environment before and will be familiar with registration procedures. You'll be self-motivating, disciplined and a great team leader with excellent communication skills and a good memory for names and faces.

Please download and read the attached job description for further details and to ensure you meet the person specification before applying.
