Industry & Talent Development Assistant

The Industry and Talent Development Assistant administrates, and is the first point of contact for, all Talent Labs taking place during the Festival. The post holder also assists with researching content and speakers for Labs, and supports the wider activities of the Industry Team when required.

Mid/Late April to early July. 1 full-time post.

The Industry and Talent Development Assistant administrates, and is the first point of contact for, all Talent Labs taking place during the Festival. The post holder also assists with researching content and speakers for Labs, and supports the wider activities of the Industry Team when required.

For this role you need to be an efficient administrator, highly organised and confident in communicating directly with applicants, participants and guests who can include producers, directors, writers, composers and animators. You will be an excellent team worker but also able to work independently, identifying tasks to progress and prioritise. You will ideally have event or filmmaking experience, and a good basic understanding of the roles and organisations in the film industry.
