Working with the Guest Services Manager and alongside two other coordinators, you will help deliver all aspects of guest hospitality; arranging travel for people arriving from around the world, booking accommodation, helping to schedule official appearances, organising tickets, translators and babysitters if necessary.

Successful candidates will have experience of considerable responsibility for guests/clients and existing knowledge of the film industry infrastructure. You will be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage large quantities of data. You will also be calm under pressure and have excellent customer service and communication skills. Languages are an advantage and a personable nature is key.
