Deputy Guest Drivers' Coordinator

The Deputy Guest Drivers' Coordinator, assists the Guest Drivers’ Coordinator in the deployment of the Festival’s car fleet, making sure all relevant guest interaction is facilitated to a high standard and with maximum efficiency and servicing the needs of key stakeholders including film distributors. Deputises for the Drivers’ Coordinator in their absence.
A busy and highly responsible position, would suit someone with previous events and Festival driving experience who cares about provided high levels of customer service. An organised approach, and the willingness to work unsociable hours is essential. You will be a very organised, calm, friendly individual, able to cope with late nights and early mornings. Working with the Guest Services, Industry and Press teams, and often at red carpet events, this role can be intense, pressured and high profile.
