The Guest Services Team is responsible for all arrangements to support the Festival’s visiting filmmaker, press and industry guests. Working to the highest level of film industry standards, duties range from booking travel and accommodation, planning hospitality and networking arrangements, and liaising closely with talent agents, film distributors and other film industry professionals. The department works closely with, and informs other key areas of the Festival, including Programming, Sponsorship and Press, making sure that information on each guest is passed to all the relevant teams. The Guest Services team works hard to ensure that visitors are well looked after throughout their trip.
Managed by the Head of Guest Services, the team includes Guest Service Coordinators, Jury Coordinators, a Hospitality Coordinator, the Guest Drivers' Coordinator and Deputy and the Guest Drivers.
