Alongside our public programme, EIFF runs an industry-only programme of events that run throughout the festival including seminars, panel discussions, masterclasses and networking events.

You will have experience of coordinating a multi event programme including being involved in the creative process. Comprehensive knowledge of the film industry and experience of negotiating at this level is essential.

Excellent organisation and project management skills required.

You will be responsible for managing a placement and a team of event volunteers, and ensuring accurate attendance information is recorded during the Festival.

You may also be available to help with EIFF’s major events during the Festival such as our Opening Night, Closing and other Gala premieres and parties.
