Highly organised, creative, team player, diplomatic, culturally aware, interest in the arts, ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment, anticipates issues, flexible, self-motivator, excellent communicator with strong drive to deliver good customer service, willingness to get “hands dirty”. Irregular working hours will be required. An understanding of sponsorship; why firms sponsor, what they are able to achieve and the benefits it brings to organisations such as the CMI.
A first class telephone manner, an ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadline, meticulous attention to detail, a methodical approach, reliability, flexibility, excellent written and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have some office experience to ensure they have the necessary organisational and administrative skills needed for this post. Experience of marketing communications and/or sponsorship (from either a commercial or rights-holder/arts point of view) is advantageous. Specialist Tasks:
• Support the Corporate Partnerships Executive in the fulfilment of contractual sponsorship agreements with regards to:
o Use of sponsors logos and copy on EIFF materials
o Requests for tickets for films and organise, dispatch and ensure safe receipt of tickets
o Delivery of sponsors materials
o Maintain and update departmental records/ sponsorship database including requesting returns of contracts
• Support the Events and wider Commercial team in the organisation of Opening and Closing Night invitations and RSVPs.
• Undertake any other task as may reasonably be required by the team.
