Late April - early July, 1 full-time post. Flexible working will be considered.

This post sits within the Commerical team and is responsible for all liaison regarding the guest lists for key Film Festival events, specifically Opening and Closing night.

Working closely with a variety of senior team members (including the Artistic Director, CEO and Head of Commercial Development), this role co-ordinates EIFF's stakeholder lists and is then responsible for issuing invitations, tracking RSVPs and dealing with any queries from our stakeholders or guests.

The individual should be comfortable with IT (specifically databases and Excel) and be confident and efficient with a great attention to detail.

Experience of managing people will be an advantage.
