Departments
The Administration department is responsible for all office operations, admin and IT, recruiting and facilitating staff and festival finance.
The Development team primarily raises sponsorship from the corporate sector, manages our relationship with public funders, organises EIFF parties and co-ordinates the needs of our stakeholders including tickets, branding and corporate hospitality.
In addition to our public programme, the Industry team oversee a programme of events, screenings, networking opportunities and a videotheque service for hundreds of film industry delegates who attend EIFF from all over the world.
Guest Services is responsible for all aspects of hospitality for the filmmaker and industry guests at the Festival.
The Marketing Department creates and produces all communications material for the Festival, including the Festival Programme and Catalogue, all publicity collateral, advertising, website, displays, direct marketing, literally anything with our name on it that promotes EIFF and the film programme.
Placements are mentored, learning opportunities, providing valuable work experience within a specific team at the Festival. If you are interested in experiencing the planning stages as well as the event itself these may interest you.
The EIFF Press Team, run by Organic, provides a link between the Festival and the media (TV, Radio, Print and online) - arranging coverage, reviews and interviews. This department runs a schedule of screenings for the press, holds press conferences, pushes stories and responds to the needs and requirements of journalists for material. Their relationship with the media is a symbiotic one.
Screenings is the central hub for the coordination of all Festival screenings and live events.
