David Bell is an Edinburgh based animator and illustrator. His short film, Toy, was created during his BA (Hons) degree at the NCCA in Bournemouth. Originally from a traditional drawing background, Toy demonstrates his unique style of merging 2D and 3D animation techniques.

Having graduated, David has now set up his own design studio, Hoptic, in Edinburgh, which specialises in interactive design and animation.
