Q: How do I register to be a delegate?
A: Registration is closed but you can still register in person. More information can be found here.

Q: What is the Attenders list and when will it be online?
A: The Attenders List is a list of who has registered as a delegate at EIFF, which we put in the Industry area on the EIFF website. An early version will be online from early June

Q: Can I pay for registration by cheque?
A: Yes, but you must download the .pdf of the registration form from the Downloads section of the EIFF website. Fill it out and send it to us by post. Please remember to include your payment and a recent photo. You can also send your .jpg via email to delegates@edfilmfest.org.uk

Q: Why does EIFF need a photo of me?
A: In order to create your delegate pass. Please note that you won't be able to access the Festival as a delegate without your pass.

Q: How do I get tickets for the opening/closing night films?
A: Please send your ticket request to delegates@edfilmfest.org.uk. Your name will be entered into a lottery and upon arrival you will be able to collect your tickets if you have been successful in the lottery.

Q: When and where can I pick up my delegate pass?
On the day you arrive, bring a print-out of your confirmation email or letter to the Delegate Centre. Here you can collect your pass, full delegate information and any pre-arranged tickets.
