Making Digital Distribution Work for Filmmakers
12:30, Henry Irving room, Lyceum Theatre
What is a viable digital distribution model?
Does digital technology offer filmmakers a new opportunity to achieve profit from their work or is the pay off between raising the profile of a film via digital means minor compared against the legwork?
Join a panel of professionals, each working in different digital arenas, to discuss these questions and more. Expect intelligent debate, reasoned disagreement and a bald look at what digital opportunities really offer to filmmakers in the UK and beyond. Who is pushing the technology – and market – in the right direction?
