Film UK Guide to British Film
Promoting discovery of new British films and talent.
Only available from EIFF, the Film UK Guide to British Film publishes in-depth information on all British fiction feature and short films completed in the last year, making it an indispensable annual resource for anyone interested in British film.
Part of the unique EIFF Industry service, the Guide - and Film UK section of the Videotheque - are elements of the EIFF’s work in showcasing British filmmaking talent and signposting as many new UK productions as possible to international buyers and talent spotters. The Guide is a specific reference tool for the industry and inclusion in the Guide does not imply that a film has been selected for the Festival programme, but British films selected for the Festival programme may also appear in the Guide.
The Guide is available each year to film industry professionals the world over - in printed form or as a pdf - via the Industry area of our website, to Festival delegates, other international film festivals and film organisations.
EIFF is a networking focus for the national and international filmmaking communities and offers the annual Guide to British Film and corresponding section of its Videotheque as special services to the industry. No other organisation provides this kind of service for British film.
