For the fifth year running, EIFF hosts the premiere of the UK Film Council’s New Cinema Fund’s Completion Fund shorts.
A programme of eclectic shorts, made by entrepreneurial filmmaking talent and managed and delivered by Maya Vision International. The Completion Fund was developed to support filmmakers who need to secure vital funds for the completion of short films. Completion Fund film The Other Man, directed by Dictynna Hood, won Best British Short Film at EIFF 2006. Lifesize Pictures manages all UK Film Council short film schemes.
