A vengeful dogowner, a uniquely gifted pianist, a lonely girl growing up in an isolated trailer community and the World Slaps Champion are just a few of the protagonists of seven brand new British films. Linked only by their independence of vision, confounding of expectations and inventive approach to storytelling, all are in competition for the Best British Short Film Award.
