Luciano Podcaminsky was born in Buenos Aires on June 7th1970.
He started in advertising working as a copywriter and he  studied Media at Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Luciano has won several awards such as 4 Bronze Lions and  2 silver Lions at the Cannes Advertising Festival, a Golden One Show and a silver nomination at D&AD , a gold Clio, a Gold at the Art Directors Club of America ,  the Grand Prix at El Sol de San Sebastian in Spain, a Golden and Silver Medal at The New York Festival  and silver Award at The London International  Advertising Award.

In Cannes Advertising Festival 2007  According to the Palm D’Or ranking in Cannes Rebolucion  (his production company based in Buenos Aires Argentina) was the 6th production company of the world. In 2008, Luciano was mentioned as a member of the Clio Jury on the Direction and Cinematography Categories. Luciano was ranked 4th in the list of most award-winning directors of the world, according to the 2006 Gunn Report . Currently he is represented  by @radical.media Worldwide and Rebolucion in Latin America and  Spain. His first feature film The Third Pint was selected for the 2007 Buenos Aires International Independent Film Festival (Bafici).
