Kenny Glenaan
After a brief career as an actor, and subsequently director, on British television, Kenny Glenaan's first feature film, Gas Attack, won the Michael Powell Award for Best British Feature at EIFF in 2001. His second film, Yasmin (EIFF 2004), was developed from extensive research into British Muslim life in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks of September 11 2001. Summer is his third feature film.
