In the near future, a global digital network enables Mexicans to work virtually in the USA without actually crossing the border. Unfortunately, it also allows for virtual warfare that results in real death and destruction. Through these futuristic channels, three people’s lives collide and change forever. Recalling the likes of Strange Days, The Matrix and Children of Men, Alex Rivera’s debut feature is a highconcept science fiction that makes some frightening yet believable predictions for the future.
